Training Highlights
Our carefully crafted syllabus covers every aspect of this beautiful art form. Each class includes a pulse raiser, mobiliser, muscle activation, flexibility and conditioning. We practice body difficulties, like balances, pivots, jumps, and acrobatics, as well as apparatus difficulties with rope, ball, hoop, clubs, and ribbon.
Annual Shows
We hold three seasonal showcases each year: Winter, Spring and Summer. These events are a wonderful opportunity for all our members to celebrate their hard work and enjoy the fruits of their training together.
Competitions
At our club, even our novice gymnasts embrace the competitive world of rhythmic gymnastics with enthusiasm and determination. Throughout the year, we participate in several competitions, showcasing our members' progress. Additionally, we culminate the season with an internal competition, giving all our members an opportunity to shine.
Half Term Camps
Experience the magic of rhythmic gymnastics during our Half Term Camps! Open to both new and current members, these camps offer an immersive and fun-filled experience. Participants will learn and refine their rhythmic gymnastics skills, engage in fun activities,
and create lasting memories.
